The Differences

Okay so I was talking with a classmate (pretty good friend too) and I was talking about singing "Who You Are" Jessie J and how the highest note was a F6 (I can't sing it- maybe in the future) and he was like "it's just a note" so I'm like "and that's just a three pointer" (referring to basketball since he plays.) He didn't understand what I said so I'm like "Basketball is/was your childhood dream and Singing is my childhood dream. Singing is "just a note", Basketball is "just a basket", not much to each other but a lot to one another," which simply means that they both have nothing to do with each other and their most important thing about them aren't important to anything else but it's very significant to themselves.

I went really in depth with that conversation but I realize it's true. Honestly I realize sometimes I do this too, I say something without thinking about it's significant towards that person, like let's say it has to do with a book- I won't like it but someone else does because it relates to them more than myself (I think it has happened before but I don't remember.)

Quote of the day and needs to always be with me:
Not much to each other but a lot to one another.
